Cancellation Policy
LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE- You will be charged, invoiced and required to pay 50% of the appointment fee before you will be allowed to book another appointment.
NO-SHOW - If you choose to forget or consciously forgo your appointment you will be considered a no-show. You will be charged 75% of the appointment and will need to pre-pay for your next appointment.
Exceptions will be made for certain life circumstances that are outside of client control. Thank you for understanding and thank you for your continued business.
